Chef Cristian began his training over 15 years ago in Romania. He has lead informative as well as educative, health and cooking seminars. Most recently he has been working as a private Chef handcrafting unique meals, authentic Neapolitan Pizza being his specialty. In Italy the pizza maker is a revered craftsmen.  The same can be said about Chef Cristian.
