Pizza Served My Way

When I craft a pizza it takes time and thought. From the handpicked ingredients, to the slow fermented dough, I never skimp on quality. One of my favorite ways to showcase this is in private parties.
This past week we had a wonderful event at a customers home. What a success!!!

Her response:
"THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!👍👏🍕🥗👩🍳👨🍳🍰🍫🍩🍷🎭💜💚💛❤️💓 So very satisfied!!!! The most tasty pizza,salad & the cake!!!!!!! SO delish!!!!!!! We all enjoyed every morsel of every dish we tasted!!! Thank you so very much!!! I stress whenever I have to entertain...Anyhow, you made my night so much more enjoyable than it usually is! I thank you from the bottom of my ❤️"
She simply gave me a head count, selected a menu with my guidance, and then I came and did my thing. The group enjoyed a Greek salad as a starter and then moved on to three courses of hot artisan pizzas fresh from the ovens. We finished the night with Cozanac, filled with rum-soaked raisins, walnuts, and a secret chocolate ganache. I topped that off by crafting artisan baguettes for each guest to take home.
